Christina Hall‘s spouse Josh Hall came to his wife’s defense after an Instagram user accused her of being self-centered and having too small of a yard for her children to play in.

After Christina, 39, posted video of her ‘Saturday morning routine’, a commenter called out the HGTV star for the size of her yard claimed it was ‘all about her.’

But Josh was not having it and replied directly to the commenter, calling their remark ‘insulting’.

‘Do you realize how insulting that comment is’: Christina Hall’s spouse Josh Hall came to his wife’s defense after an Instagram commenter accused her of being self-centered

‘Not much yard, grass for the kids to play. Seems to be all about her,’ the Instagram user wrote.

Josh hit back:  ‘Do you realize how insulting that comment is being that a majority of families don’t even have yards, imaging trying to make anyone feel bad that can’t provide a yard of their own and has to rely on pubic parks.’

Christina has three children – she has daughter Taylor, 12, and Brayden, seven, with her ex-husband Tarek El Moussa, and three-year-old son Hudson with her ex spouse Ant Anstead.

The commenter appeared to be referring to a glimpse of Christina’s backyard sauna, which was featured in video she posted chronicling her health-centric morning routine on Saturday.

The TV star revealed in one clip that she kicks off her day with a grueling 30-minute ride on her Peloton, which is a popular exercise bike with guided workouts.

After breaking a sweat, Christina made her way over to her at-home red light therapy bed which can cost upwards of $6,000 for a top of the line machine.

According to Healthline, Red Light Therapy is ‘a controversial therapeutic technique that uses red low-level wavelengths of light to treat skin issues, such as wrinkles, scars, and persistent wounds, among other conditions.’

She then showed off her relaxing sauna cabin, a wood-made structure with a bench that she sat on while sweating in her sports bra and spandex shorts.

To complete her routine, Christina jumped right into her pool, which must’ve been frigid because she called it a ‘cold plunge’ in her caption.

Her caption read, ‘Saturday morning routine[hands in a heart shape emoji]*Peloton 30 mins *red light therapy 12 mins *sauna 20 mins *cold plunge 3 mins.’

Christina’s intense routine may be in response to her latest health scare during which she discovered she had lead and mercury poisoning.

The Flip or Flop star revealed the news on her Instagram story in December. She explained that she had been experiencing illness a week prior.

She feared her ailment was caused by her breast implants but diagnostic scans found the true culprit.

Christina fears her work renovating homes is at the source of her issues, saying: ‘[the problems] most likely from all the gross houses I’ve been in and I have small intestine bacteria overgrowth.’

Lead poisoning occurs over time and is a result of continuous exposure to the dangerous chemical. While its use in houses and buildings is tightly regulated in the US, many older homes still have lead paint, pipes and other material.

Reaction? Her new routine may be a reaction to the lead and mercury poisoning she revealed to fans she had late last month.

Christina shot to fame in 2014, starring alongside her now-ex-husband Tarek El Moussa on their HGTV show.

Before their Hollywood days, the pair ran a real-estate agency in Orange County, California, where they flipped homes.

After a decade of house flipping, and working on dirty construction sites, Christina fears her job may be responsible for her recent ailment.

Lead build up in the body can occur over years. While each small exposure to the chemical presents little risk, repeated exposure over long periods of time can cause issue.

Paint and pipes used in older homes often contains lead, as the risks of exposure to the chemical where not known decades ago. Industrial dust can also be a source.

Other sources of exposure include contaminated water, soil or air.
