Christie Brinkley looked youthful in her skinny jeans on Monday.

The 68-year-old Vacation actress was dressed for fall with a plaid jacket over a yellow sweater as she walked to a vintage red-and-white truck outside her Hamptons, New York home.

Brinkley seems to have maintained her youthful good looks even as she is deep into her sixties. 

In May she talked about how she stays so young looking.

‘When you eat too much at 68, it’s not as easy to lose the weight, so here’s a tip that’s tried and true, that will make you feel like your best you,’ said the model.

On Instagram stories, the mother of three revealed to followers exactly what she eats to stay in such spectacular shape. Hint: her meals involve a lot of fruit.

On her Insta stories she broke down her healthy diet tricks that don’t skimp on flavor but rely heavily on freshly picked fruit.

In one post she shared a photo of freshly cut papaya with greens on top.

Over the photo the Cover Girl model wrote, ‘My neighbors grew this papaya! Look at the rich color! I’m planting the seeds from this papaya!’

In another post she showed off her breakfast which looked to consist mostly of fresh fruit.

Brinkley’s first marriage was to artist Jean-Francois Allaux, whom she divorced in 1981.

She later married Billy Joel, and the pair welcomed a daughter named Alexa Ray, 36, during their marriage, and although they split up in 1994, they remained on friendly terms.

The model went on to tie the knot with real estate developer Richard Taubman, and their son Jack Paris, 27, was born in 1995, the year they finalized their divorce.

Her fourth and most recent marriage was to architect Peter Halsey Cook. The couple had a daughter named Sailor, 24, before they went their separate ways in 2008.
