In honour of Stress Awareness Day, Chanelle shared the images captioned: ‘I thought I would post this to try to remind you guys that SOCIAL MEDIA IS NOT REAL and things are so easily edited so please try not to stress and compare yourself or your life.
‘BE KIND TO YOUR MIND. It’s something I have to remind myself daily because I subconsciously compare the chosen snapshot of life on people’s social media to my whole life warts and all. It’s unkind of me to do it to myself, but I do.
‘Sending love, stretch marks, grey hairs and messy imperfection to you all ❤️’.

Chanelle lost nine stone after undergoing a gastric sleeve operation, which saw her drop from a size 18 to a size 10.
The reality star previously detailed her battle with food addiction after being criticised for losing the weight via surgery.
She penned: ‘I know some people see #bariatricsurgery as cheating… but it’s not an easy road, and one that was difficult for me to decide to walk down.
‘I want to share my experience on here because #foodaddiction is real and, whether people choose bariatrics or not, the way this addiction is viewed by society as a whole is as though it’s ‘just an excuse to be greedy’.
She added: ‘I have to remind myself daily because I subconsciously compare the chosen snapshot of life on people’s social media to my whole life warts and all’

Meanwhile, Chanelle recently revealed she’s now feeling ‘confident’ enough to wear a wedding dress after her weight loss – as she plans her nuptials to her fiancé Dan Bingham.
The star said in a candid new interview that she ‘wouldn’t have wanted to get married if she was still bigger’.
Speaking to New magazine Chanelle told that she hasn’t been dress shopping yet as she wants to get her boobs done in January and a tummy tuck to get rid of loose skin after her 9st weight loss.
She explained: ‘I feel like nothing would fit properly until those two things are done and that would get me down. I don’t know whether I would have wanted to get married if I was still bigger. But I am excited because I feel confident as I am now.
‘I know I won’t want a big meringue style dress and will probably go for something quite simple, but I’m not deciding anything for certain yet.’
The TV personality shares her son Blakely, 11, with her ex-partner Matthew Bates, who she was in relationship with between 2009 and 2010.
She also has Frankie, four, with Edward Oates, who she was with on-and-off from 2016 to 2017.
Private: The beauty revealed she was engaged to Dan, 40, in April after being introduced in the 2020 lockdown through a mutual friend – but has never shared a full picture of him
