Kate Middleton couldn’t stop smiling today as she cut a polished figure in a £50 cream Zara blazer and £550 Kiki Classic Citrine Drop earrings by Kiki McDonough as she visited a children’s charity in London in her first outing following a busy Platinum Jubilee weekend.
The Duchess of Cambridge, 40, looked in high spirits as she visited Little Village Brent at the UNCLE Building earlier this afternoon.
The mother-of-three swept her hair from her face as she arrived at the charity, and showed off her natural beauty with simple make-up look, pairing a light layer of foundation with smokey brown eye and pink lipstick.
She later was seen inside chatting to charity workers and parents who use the bank.
Showing off her caring side, the royal helped a young mum called Sara sort through children’s books.
The Duchess has long been a fan of the high street brand Zara, and often steps out in pieces from the Spanish retailer for royal events.
During her visit, The Duchess met staff and volunteers from the centre as well as a family who are currently receiving support.

Little Village is London’s largest baby bank network with eight locations across the capital, providing a warm, supportive community for families who might be going through tough times.

Families are referred to the charity via a network of professionals such as midwives, health visitors and social workers, and can either receive items through home deliveries or by coming into their local centre.
Since launching in 2016, Little Village’s team of over 600 volunteers have responded to nearly 20,000 requests for support across London, reaching over 22,000 children.
Little Village Brent opened in November 2021 and aims to help around 40 families from the borough of Brent each week.
During her visit, The Duchess will meet some of the centre’s volunteers as they sort through donations, and hear more about how Little Village works with each individual family to understand their personal needs and preferences in order to provide a tailored package of support.

When families visit Little Village hubs in person, the charity works to ensure that they are treated with love, kindness and dignity.
The Duchess will meet a family who are being supported by Little Village Brent to hear about their experiences of using the centre, including the impact of being able to choose for themselves the objects that they need from an extensive stock of high-quality donated items.
The Duchess’ visit to Little Village Brent forms part of Her Royal Highness’ longstanding work to support families.
In the summer of 2020, The Duchess brought together nineteen British brands and retailers to donate over 10,000 new items to more than 40 baby banks nationwide, operated by Little Village, Baby Basics and AberNecessities.
Her Royal Highness has also previously visited baby banks in Sheffield and West Norfolk where she spent time helping to unload deliveries, sort donations, and spoke with families about their experiences of using their local baby bank services.
Her visit comes hours after a source claimed Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s daughter Lilibet did not meet her cousins the Cambridges during her first trip to the UK because Prince William and Kate snubbed an invitation to her first birthday party at Frogmore Cottage.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex invited William, Kate and their children Prince George, eight, Princess Charlotte, seven and Prince Louis, four, to Lilibet’s first birthday party as ‘an olive branch’ — but the Cambridges did not attend, according to Page Six.

The Sussexes released a picture taken of the little girl – named in tribute to the Queen, whose childhood nickname was Lilibet – in the grounds of Frogmore Cottage where she celebrated her first birthday at Windsor on Saturday with birthday cake, balloons, party games and picnic snacks.

Last night it was claimed that the Queen banned Harry and Meghan from having a photographer capture the Monarch met her great-granddaughter Lilibet for the first time. Investigative journalist Tom Bower, who is working on a biography of the Duchess of Sussex, said: ‘Meghan must have been furious when she heard that photographs of their Windsor meeting were forbidden. Banned from the balcony for Trooping the Colour, no shot of her with the Queen in St Paul’s and then the final blow was no shot of Lilibet with her great-grandmother. Finally, the Palace is playing a good hand’.
He added: ‘The Sussexes’ contract with Netflix is in jeopardy. The veto of photos will fuel the Sussexes’ resentment. Harry’s reprisal could be more revelations in his book billed to be published later this year. This is a dangerous game for both sides’.
William and Harry have been separated by a rift that began in March 2019 when William reportedly threw Harry and Meghan out of Kensington Palace over the alleged bullying of staff, with the Sussexes breaking up their joint foundation and setting up a new office at Buckingham Palace.
The claims emerged in Robert Lacey’s book Battle of Brothers, published before Harry and Meghan went on Oprah to accuse the Royal Family of racism and claim they were abandoned when the Duchess of Sussex was suicidal and six months pregnant.
Harry also said his brother and father were ‘trapped’ by the institution of monarchy, and that feels ‘really let down’ by his father Charles.
