A simple denim mini dress from fashion brand FAYT The Label is making waves on social media. 

The $89.95 Saveira Dress only launched this week and rose so quickly in popularity it sold out in just one hour. 

Founder Brittney Lee Saunders, from Newcastle, New South Wales, was flabbergasted by the outcome and had to order three times the amount of stock on hand due to a huge demand. 

The 29-year-old CEO, who owns several of her own brands, told FEMAIL she was left absolutely ‘mind blown’ and in awe. 

‘After it sold out we did a pre-order which sold four times the amount that it originally did online!’ she said.

The new black denim dress is said to be the ‘perfect combination of both style and comfort’ and features flattering front chest pockets with large silver buttons. 

It’s made using a ‘stretchy’ denim fabric, making the outfit ideal for all-day wear in the office or while out and about. 

At the moment only the black shade is available for pre-order, but two new colours – white and taupe – are set to launch on Wednesday night, March 1. 

‘Our Black Saveira Dress took us over 12 months to make and seeing it sell out in under an hour was mind blowing and it confirmed that all the effort was worth it!’ Brittney said. 

‘We wanted to make sure the dress fit and shape was 100 per cent amazing and I am so glad we went through multiple samples to make this dress a sell out.’ 

Brittney said she’s expecting the additional colours to be just as popular among shoppers.

Some customers who managed to get there hands on the outfit have also left positive five-star reviews on the website. 

A few also suggested purchasing the next size up from your usual size for added length.  

‘Good quality and good stretch. I’m normally a 14-16, I sized up to an 18 and I’m glad I did as I feel like it’s a small fit and pretty short! Really nice but size up!’ one woman wrote.  

‘The perfect amount of stretch and hugs the body in all the right places! My only issue is that it is a tiny bit short, and I’m a short person. So bloody good!’ another added. 

A third wrote: ‘This is the first thing I’ve purchased from here and I love it!! Arrived so quickly and is true to size. Very flattering and comfortable. Good quality material and can dress it up or down. I’ve had so many compliments every time I’ve worn it.’
