Married At First Sight fans spot a VERY bizarre detail about the dinner parties after a series of editing fails on the show: ‘These producers are cooked’

Eagle-eyed Married At First Sight fans spotted a rather strange detail about the dinner parties while watching the show last week.

After a string of editing fails, one fan noticed groom Harrison Boon drinking a beer with a white sticker covering the brand’s label.

A screenshot of the drink was shared on the MAFS Memes AU page, with the caption: ‘Why do they hide the brand of alcohol these producers are cooked!’

It’s believed producers hide the brand if they’re not an official sponsor of the show or don’t pay for advertising.

Early last month, fans spotted bizarre yellow labels on a series of jars and packets in Harrison and bride Bronte Schofield’s kitchen.

The sticky notes were stuck to all the items placed on the kitchen bench.

Meanwhile, eagle-eyed viewers also noticed a subtle editing fail during last Sunday’s episode.

One observant fan posted a screenshot of the scene in question on the MAFS AU subreddit along with an explanation of the mistake.

The scene showed Rupert Bugden getting ready for the commitment ceremony, which producers would have viewers believe is filmed over the course of an evening.

But the digital clock next to Rupert’s bed showed the time as being 9.45am, proving filming actually starts as early as the morning.

‘This was Rupert getting ready for last week’s commitment ceremony. Note the time,’ the MAFS viewer captioned the screenshot.

Another Reddit user confirmed the commitment ceremonies and dinner parties are filmed over an entire day, but are edited to look like they only take place at night.

My co-worker was on this show a few seasons ago and he said for dinner parties in particular, they’ll get there at 11am and drink until 7pm then they will serve dinner,’ they wrote.

‘He said you’d be sitting there for hours and a new couple would come in every hour or so. They’d want to get you as drunk as possible basically.’

Another fan chimed in: ‘Past participants have said they start arriving around midday and are filming until the likes of 3am for the dinner parties.’

MAFS fans earlier spotted another detail that indicated the show may be scripted.

Viewers noticed Harrison Boon grabbing the collar of his shirt and speaking to producers through his lapel microphone during the dinner party two weeks ago.

A slow-motion video of the moment was shared by the MAFS fan account @mafs.bachie.reality.

‘Harrison talking into his mic. He’s probably saying, “Get me the f**k out of here,”‘ read the caption.

Former MAFS contestant Jackson Lonie, who appeared on season nine, said it was more likely Harrison was just telling the producers he needed the bathroom.
