Bam Margera is headed back to rehab.
Reps for the 42-year-old TV personality told TMZ on Monday that Margera was located at a Deerfield Beach, Florida hotel, where Broward Sheriff’s deputies and a crisis intervention team were on the scene to speak with the troubled TV star.
Margera’s parents Phil and April Margera were on hand for an intervention with the Jackass alum, his reps told the outlet, and other relatives called in to talk to him amid the emotional timeframe.
The latest: Bam Margera, 42, was located Monday at a Deerfield Beach, Florida hotel, where Broward Sheriff’s deputies and a crisis intervention team were on the scene to speak with the troubled TV star and take him to a rehab facility
Insiders close to Margera said that he asked to see his son Phoenix, four, and authorities told him that he required further treatment before that would be permitted.
Margera agreed to relocate to a new rehab facility and was headed there as of Monday evening.
Margera was found after his wife Nicole Boyd Margera publicly asked the Jackass alum to head back to the Florida rehab facility he had been at. A rep for Nicole, 38, told TMZ earlier on Monday that she wanted him to check back into the LifeSkills residential facility in Deerfield Beach, Florida and finish his program there.
Nicole, who shares son Phoenix, four, with Bam, says she was concerned for his well-being and didn’t know where he could be since checking out of the facility, her rep said.

Insiders close to the Viva La Bam star, whose full name is Brandon Cole Margera, told the outlet that the reality star left the facility out of concern that he wouldn’t again see his son, and that he was concerned that he won’t be able to raise him if he’s in rehab.
Nicole’s rep said that she feels she has been unjustly blamed for his departure from the facility, as she said she has supported him by relocating from California to Florida.
She said she has been praying for Bam to go back to the facility and continue his treatment.
Nicole spoke out days after Bam left the facility for the second time in as many weeks.

A Broward County Sheriff’s Office spokesperson told Page Six that Bam was ‘wearing a black shirt, black sweatpants and black sneakers’ when he was last spotted Saturday at 5:30 p.m. at the facility.
Margera has been residing at rehab facilities for the better part of a year in the wake of a September 2021 incident in which authorities answered an emotional disturbance call at the Don CeSar Hotel in St. Pete Beach, Florida.
Officials transported Margera to a local rehab facility in response to a legal order stipulating police take him to rehab.
On June 13, Margera was reported missing from a Delray Beach, Florida rehab facility, and found two days later at a local hotel.
Sources told TMZ that that police and a crisis intervention team took Margera back to a different rehab facility, and that he did not resist. Insiders told the outlet Margera did not likely relapse, and was irked that he was not receiving ‘special treatment’ from staff at the first facility, which led him to leave.
