Awkward moment Married At First Sight grooms Layton and Duncan wear the same blue outfit to a dinner party: ‘The Smurfs!’
They have formed tight-knit friendships during their time filming Married At First Sight.Â
But unlike the women, the grooms on this season obviously don’t discuss their outfits with one another. Â
Layton Mills, 35, and Duncan James, 36, had an awkward moment at the latest dinner party when they wore the exact same outfit.Â
They both showed up in the same baby blue blazer and pocket handkerchief, paired with a white shirt.Â
The pair saw the funnyside of it and called themselves The Smurfs.

When the group sat down on the couch before tucking into their dinner, Cameron Woods, 27, pointed out that Layton and Duncan were wearing identical ensembles.Â
‘How the fu** are you two dressed the same?!’ Cam said, before the men looked at one another and realised the awkward gaffe.Â
Layton put an arm around his friend as Duncan smiled widely. Â
‘How good is that?!’ Layton said as the two embraced, while voice over artist Ollie, 26, called the men ‘The Smurfs’.   Â
Voice over artist Ollie, 26, then decided to call the blue pair ‘The Smurfs’
Speaking to producers, the identical grooms went along with the cartoon jokes and even furthered it
Layton and Duncan looked at each other with amusement when Cam pointed out they were in the same outfit
‘They both have the same pocket thing, like literally to the T, The Smurfs!’ he said.Â

‘B1 and B2,’ Layton said, pointing to himself and Duncan. ‘I’m gonna give him B1 for a better skeletal structure.’Â
