And Angelina Jolie enjoyed a well-earned day off from filming the movie with her daughter Zahara, 17, as they were spotted doing some retail therapy in the Italian city on Sunday afternoon.
The actress and director, 47, held hands with Zahara as they strolled the paved streets, before picking up some items in high street favourite Zara during their shopping spree.

Angelina kept cool in an effortlessly chic ensemble, which consisted of a loose-fitting white top and wide-legged trousers, with tan slip on Valentino sandals with gold detailing.
Her top’s low-cut back revealed her extensive array of tattoos.
The mother of six wore her brunette tresses swept up into a clip and sported a pair of stylish sunglasses, while toting a giant Yves Saint Laurent bag on her shoulder, which retails for £3,150 online.
Inside the store, Angelina could be seen eyeing up a series of items, including a pair of neutrally toned loose-fitting trousers and a sweatshirt in the same shade.

Her black hair was styled in braids and she covered her face with a mask.

Angelina will no doubt be back on set this week as she continues to shoot Without Blood, which is based on the international-bestselling novel of the same name by Italian writer Alessandro Baricc.

While the detailed plot of the film has not been revealed, the book focuses on the brutality of war, and a young girl’s search for healing after an act of violence occurs.
Mexican actor Demián Bichir is also set to star in the film alongside Salma.
Speaking after the film was announced, Angelina said: ‘I’m honoured to be here in Italy to bring this very special material to film, and to have been entrusted by Alessandro Baricco with the adaptation of his book — with its unique poetry and emotion and way of looking at war, and the questions it poses about what we search for after trauma or loss or injustice’.
