Alison Hammond looked ultra glamorous as she took to London’s Marriott Grosvenor Square on Thursday for The Ethnicity Awards in partnership with Metro.co.uk.

The This Morning presenter, 47, sported a glimmering gown, which was emblazoned with black and gold diamanté encrusting.

Also leading the stars at the bash was Sinitta, 54, who opted for a pair of flared lilac trousers with a complementing knitted crop top.

Alison, who scooped up the Host of the Year prize at the award show, stunned in the glitzy gown, which featured a sweetheart neckline as she layered a mesh, floor-length kimono on top.

Sporting a pair of pointed toe heels, she amped up the glamour with a full palette of makeup, styling her dark locks in a soft wave and side part.

Meanwhile, Sinitta posed up a storm on the red carpet as she sported the vibrant fitted trousers, pairing them with a knitted lilac crop top.

The singer left her locks to fall freely in a natural curl, throwing a navy blazer on top of the look as she carried a mini handbag to match the ensemble.

She took to the stage during the ceremony to present Emile Sande with the Music Artist of the Year award.

Celebrities and public figures, recognised as advocates who are working to progress equality, were honoured with accolades during the evening.

The night was hosted by Loose Women panellist Judi Love, who opted for a bright blazer midi dress for the evening – with a tie cinched waist.

She and Alison beamed together on the red carpet, after the comedian and TV star honoured the presenter with her gong on stage.

Dina Asher-Smith was awarded with the Sports Personality Of The Year Award at the ceremony, looking stunning as she sported a studded dress.

The number featured a bardot neckline, black mesh material and silver studded design, as the beauty pulled her locks away from her face for the look.

 Meanwhile, Karenjeet Kaur Bains looked sensational as she took to the awards, sporting a mustard printed crop top and skirt saree.

The Commonwealth champ added some matching silver bangles to the look as she flexed her muscles for the camera, porting a radiant makeup look.

Loose Women’s Linda Robson also took to the red carpet in an acid wash monochrome dress, layering a longline coat on top of her look.

 The list of winners for the evening included Sir Lenny Henry, who was awarded with the coveted Lifetime Achievement Award while Sir Mo Farah won a Sports Trailblazer Award for using his platform to speak out against discrimination.

Mo shared: ‘In my career, I have always tried to be a great role model to the younger generation of colour and show them what is possible through hard work and trying your best.

‘That’s all we can do. These awards are very important to recognise the hard work that goes into this. I’’m thrilled to accept this award, thank you all. Love.’
