Adam Sandler spends quality time with daughter Sunny, 14, and sits courtside for Lakers-Hawks game

There’s never a shortage of star power sitting courtside at Crypto.com Arena in Downtown LA when the Lakers are in town. 

And on Friday, Adam Sandler, 56, was among those who got see LeBron James showcase his high-flying moves up-close from his courtside seat, alongside the younger of his two daughters, Sunny, 14.

The father and daughter duo got to watch the Lakers dominate the Atlanta Hawks en route to their first four-game winning streak in just under a year, according to the Associated Press.

The Lakers came into the contest riding a three game winning streak, and a 17-21 record overall.

The comedian kept to his typical casual attire dressed in tan Khaki pants with Hawaiian style button-down shirt, and orange sneakers.

He’s also still sporting a full beard and mustache and her dark brown hair cut relatively short.

Sunny also kept it casual in the fashion department in a black sweatshirt, dark blue jeans and white sneakers while sitting to her dad’s left.

At times, Sunny appeared to be getting a lesson in basketball from her father, who on occasion described what was happening with certain plays and situations.

Over the years, Sandler has often been seen at Laker games with his wife Jackie Titone and their two girls, which also includes older daughter Sadie, 16.

Some of the other celebrities spotted at Friday’s game included Red Hot Chili Peppers singer Anthony Kiedis, 60, and his best friend and bassist Flea (born Michael Peter Balzary), 60, who wasn’t hard to miss with his blue hair.

Rapper 2 Chainz (born Tauheed K. Epps), 45, also stood out dressed in a yellow and green ensemble and his long dreads wrapped around on the top of his head.

Singer-songwriter The Dream (born Terius Youngdell Nash), 45, tried going incognito by wearing a white baseball cap with sunglasses from his courtside seat.

Six-time NBA champion Scottie Pippen, 57, was on hand, in part, to watch his son Scotty Pippen Jr., who’s a rookie with the Lakers.

A dominating second period where the Lakers outscored the Hawks by 12 points helped them go into halftime with a 21 point lead.

While Atlanta tried to mount a second half comeback, cutting the lead by five points in the third period, Los Angeles went on to win comfortably, 130-114.

LeBron James, 38, led the way for the Lakers with a team-high 25 points, to go along with 10 assists and seven rebounds, while Kendrick Nunn scored 23 points off the bench and Dennis Schroder added 21 points.
