A New York City penthouse located above Madison Square Park which comes with furniture from Gianni Versace’s personal collection has hit the market for $10million.

The property comes with 3,500 square feet of interior space and features herringbone hardwood floors, a private elevator and walls of windows that connect to a 364-square-foot terrace- the size of most apartments in the city.

The duplex unit in the trendy NoMad neighborhood offers stunning views of the New York Life building’s gilded roof, the Metropolitan Life clock tower and the iconic Flatiron building.

It is described as a ‘townhouse-in-the-sky’ and is made up of four bedrooms, three-and-a-half bathrooms and boasts sprawling living spaces.

And the sale includes furniture owned by the late Versace which the owner purchased in a Sotheby’s auction shortly after the fashion designer was murdered in Miami in 1997.
