The actor, 48, posed alongside leaders in sustainable fashion and activism while attending the Green Carpet Fashion Awards on Thursday.
But it comes as he has travelled between the US and cities such as London, Milan, and Paris over just two weeks- accumulating over 12,000 miles of travel.
While it is not yet known how the travel was made, the eco-activist has previously come under fire for his use of gas-guzzling private aircrafts.

A host of stars headed to the annual Green Carpet Fashion Awards, with Heidi Klum, Cate Blanchett and Jodie Turner-Smith hitting the red carpet with style.
Despite his usual tendancy to avoid the cameras, the Shutter Island actor was happy to stand alongside Sonia for some picture.
The event celebrates figures in the fashion and entertainment who have been positive forces in promoting cultural change.
While Leonardo has been an outspoken advocate for environmental issues throughout much of his career.
The star has been enjoying a work-hard play-hard lifestyle as he was spotted on a number of nights out across Europe this month.
Kicking off the trip was the BAFTAS in London on February 19, where he hosted a pre-awards party after making the 5,437 mile journey from Los Angeles.
Then the next night they both attended the same BAFTA afterparty at Annabel’s members’ club, sponsored by British Vogue And Tiffany & Co.

Leonardo was seen leaving the after party at Annabel’s via the back door in the early hours of Monday morning.
Before leaving London, he also partied into the early hours with model Josie Redmond, 21, just days later at the city’s Chiltern Firehouse.
It was a quick turnaround, as the actor was then spotted enjoying a night with friends in Milan on February 25, travelling around 595 flying miles between the UK and Italy.
Reuniting with reported former flame Gigi Hadid, 27, in the city, the pair appeared to remain friends as they both let loose after a day of fashion shows.
After a couple of nightclub spottings in Milan, Leonardo then threw a bash in Paris on March 3 as he kicked off the fashion week celebrations there.
Thought to have travelled by plane, he would have made the 397 mile trip between Milan and Paris.
Rose was snapped a number of times at Leonardo’s hotel following the night, before the duo headed out to a Paris cabaret bar days later.
After last being spotted in the French capital over the weekend, Leonardo then made the 5,642 mile trip back to Los Angeles – heading to the Green Carpet Fashion Awards as his first outing since returning.
Leonardo previously came under fire for his lengthy trips via private jet in short spaces of time.
In 2016, he reportedly flew 8,000 miles via private jet from Europe to New York City to accept an award for his environmental activism.

Critics: Despite often campaigning for environmental issues, Leonardo previously came under fire for his lengthy trips via private jet in short spaces of time (Pictured at COP26 in Glasgow)
At the time, the actor and environmentalist was spotted in Cannes, where the Film Festival was underway – but left the French Riviera for a brief trip to New York City, where he collected an honor at the Riverkeeper Fishermen’s Ball, Page Six reported.
He then hopped back on another private jet to attend the amfAR gala in Antibes, about eight miles from Cannes, just 24 hours later.
While in 2014, he made a speech in front of the United Nations about climate change after marching with 400,000 others on the streets of New York.
But the Hollywood star’s own jetset lifestyle reveals a double-standard on the issue of climate change – as he boasts a number of homes, and later made the private jet trip.
After causing a wave of controversy with the trip, he appeared keen to make amends in 2021 – travelling commercially to Glasgow for the COP26 eco summit.
