Going, going, gone! The Biggest Loser’s Michelle Bridges to auction off her five-bedroom country retreat after it failed to find a buyer for $7million

Reality star and fitness guru Michelle Bridges has listed her country retreat in the NSW Southern Highlands for auction.

The Biggest Loser trainer originally listed the four-hectare property in Kangaloon, 133km south of Sydney, for sale with a $7million price tag, but failed to find a buyer.

The five-bedroom, three-bathroom estate will now be going under the hammer on March 14 with a slightly more modest guide of $6.5million.

Bridges, 52, bought the home in 2017 for $2.7million. It is unclear why she is selling it, but she is expected to make a handsome profit on her investment.

Built high on a hill, the beautifully designed homestead features picture windows offering breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside.

Surrounded by landscaped gardens designed by Bridges, highlights of the sprawling estate include a tennis court and in-ground swimming pool.

There is also a separate guest house, complete with a loft bedroom and modern bathroom.

The main bedroom boasts an ensuite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe.

Other features include an outdoor dining area and entertainment pavilion.

It comes after Bridges discussed life as a single mother to son Axel, six, following her split from partner Steve ‘Commando’ Willis in January 2020.

‘I feel very blessed. It’s so corny but I feel like it’s Mother’s Day for me every day,’ she told Now To Love ahead of Mother’s Day last year.

‘I get to wake up with my son every day and he tells me he loves me every day, he hugs me, kisses me and calls me mumma… I’m his everything and he’s mine.’

In 2020, Bridges sold her Potts Point unit for $6.4million, after purchasing it for $2.9million in 2013.
