The boys team won Thursday night’s task, with Emma Browne the first candidate to be eliminated.Ā

The senior account executive insisted she had ‘no regrets’ following her short time on the show after Lord Sugar booted her off for being disruptive in the team.Ā

Emma, who described herself asĀ ‘extremely competitive’ and a ‘workaholic’, landed in the boardroom after the girls lost out to the boys’ team during the first task.

Despite her driven work ethic, it wasn’t enough to keep her as a prospect for Lord Sugar, as she was eliminated after just one week.

Emma’s team decided to flog catamaran tours to tourists on the Caribbean island, however they lost out to the boys’ team who created more revenue.Ā

The girls team hit Pigeon beach to try to tout their $135 tickets but struggled to get sales as the location was deserted, with the girls squabbling after Emma and Shazia had pitched different places.

Meanwhile, the boys managed to rack up trade in the centre of Antigua and sold all of their 16 tickets.Ā

Claude Littner was unimpressed when the girls took their customers to a picturesque bay but decided to entertain them with teaching them a hip-thrusting dance.

In the boardroom, the businessman told Lord Sugar: ‘It was a sight to behold’.Ā

The two teams then tried to ramp up earnings by selling ceramics and bottle of rums, before heading to the boardroom.

After failing to impress, the girls had to face Lord Sugar in the boardroom, with Emma ultimately being the one to pack her bags.

The girls’ team made $487.50 once costs were taken off while the boys nearly doubled their earnings withĀ $989 profit – $75 of which were tips.Ā Ā Ā

Project manager Victoria bought Emma and sub manager Marnie back into the boardroom – with Emma ultimately sent packing.

Lord Sugar said he didn’t want to put with disruption within teams and so she had to go.Ā Ā

Following her exit, Emma insisted during an interview that she ‘applied because of my outstanding and profitable business idea.’

However she appears to be leaving the show bearing no ill feeling, as she revealedĀ  the experience ‘was positive as can be’.Ā

She said: ‘Everyone’s there for the same reason so naturally, there were clashes etc but there were absolutely no hard feelings at all.’

Emma, fromĀ County Kildare, has over five years of hands-on sales experience and previously said she wanted to win tasks by being honest about her opinions.

Reflecting on her experiences since being voted off, she said: ‘It was a little bit more intense than I expected, but nothing there’s nothing like a bit of pressure.’

‘Watching at home, you only see an hour, but it’s completely cut down. So that’s obviously one of the biggest things, because I would have thought from watching at home ‘that’s an hour and that’s it,’ but in reality, it’s filmed across hours upon hours.’

Despite being fired first by the business veteran, Emma said she still admires Lord Sugar the most out of the advisors on the show.Ā Ā

She said: ‘If he had been there during the task his opinion could have been completely different, but I suppose that he’s made his decision from other people’s judgments.’

Emma believes she shouldn’t have been the first to go, due to the fact she got the most sales in her team and voiced that the beach wasn’t a good location for sales.Ā

She said: ‘I brought a lot of energy to the girl’s team which I think was seen as well and highlighted. I am a very positive person, and I remained positive throughout.’

Revealing her plans now her Apprentice journey is over, she said: ‘Hopefully I have my business up and running by next year.Ā

‘I’m actively looking for investment still so any investors out there, I’d love for them to get in contact. I have a really strong business plan that I’d love to get set up and running. If I get investment or not, I’m going to do it.’

Insisting there are no regrets from her experience, she said: ‘Yes, I absolutely don’t regret doing it. I think if you want to go for it, go for it 100%. I’m not going to be a sore loser, I put myself forward and someone had to go. I’m not painful about it.’
