Tennessee officers have arrested a man dubbed a ‘delusional incel’ for stalking his female colleague after he chased her down the street when she rejected his advances.
Jacob Yerkes was arrested on Tuesday in Loudon County for stalking and harassment of his female co-worker that he chased down the street to ‘get her to be straight’ because she is involved in the ‘LGBT‘ community.Â
In a viral video, Yerkes filmed himself telling officers he visited a Cracker Barrel restaurant where he works to play a song for his co-worker to allow her the ‘free will’ to decide whether she wanted to be with him.
The woman attempted to flee Yerkes, but was followed down the street. Police said they later discovered Yerkes was posting ‘threatening’ videos online – but it’s unclear if the threats were toward the woman.Â
‘It was determined that Mr. Yerkes was making unsolicited contact with a co-worker,’ Loudon County Sheriff’s Office wrote online. ‘It was further found that he was posting on several social media sites, including YouTube, making threats of violence.’
It’s unclear when the alleged stalking incident occurred.Â

Days before Yerkes arrest, the video of him with Tennessee police went viral on social media, and one commenter dubbed him ‘a delusional incel.’Â
Yerkes was seen at the Lenoir City Municipal Building off Highway 321, which leads straight to the restaurant when he approached two officers.
He told police that he had worked with his female colleague for about five or six months and the pair were ‘talking’ at one point, but it wasn’t a serious relationship.
The alleged stalker then walked through what he said happened went he went to the Cracker Barrel restaurant to see his co-worker.Â
‘I got there, and she saw me, and she immediately pulled away,’ the man said. ‘I wasn’t forcing her to listen or anything… I just wanted to play the song for her – give her – her own choice to be with me.’
‘Does she know you?’ one cop asked.
To which the man, who is not identified in the video, responded: ‘We were talking a little bit, but it never really got serious.’
He said when the woman went into the parking lot, she pulled away once she saw him.
‘So I chased her a little bit – just cause – woman are crazy – like I felt like she wanted me chasing her.’
Yerkes wasn’t arrested at the time but police advised he stay away from the woman.Â
The officers also claimed in the video that they were going to go down to the Cracker Barrel to talk to the woman.Â
Days before Yerkes arrest, the video of him with Tennessee police went viral on social media, and one commenter dubbed him ‘a delusional incel’
The video showed Yerkes talking to police in Lenoir City to report he had been threatened by the woman’s father after he chased her down the street
Yerkes can be heard telling police that he wanted to play the woman a song and that ‘women like being chased’ and enjoy ‘rape fantasies’
The alleged stalker said the woman attempted to flee from him while in the parking lot of the Cracker BarrelÂ
The Cracker Barrel worker then told police he contacted them because he wanted to report that the woman’s father had called him from an unidentified number and ‘threatened’ him to stay away from his daughter.
‘Her father called me up and he made some threats to me – onto my life – so I just want to have his name on file,’ the man told police. ‘I think he said he’s going to stab me… he said “I’m going to do something to you I swear.”‘
To which one cop responded: ‘For chasing his daughter?’
‘Yeah, but it wasn’t chasing, it was like going down a couple of streets. That’s like fun to women. Women like that. There’s a little bit of excitement,’ the man said.
‘Do you not think chasing somebody is crazy?’ the cop responded.
‘Well… I only went like a couple of blocks down the street… I had my song playing and I wanted her to hear it,’ the man said.
The man was confused as to why the father of his female co-worker called him after he chased her for the ‘excitement’ that women enjoy.
Meanwhile, one officer told him that chasing women isn’t ‘exciting.’
‘What about BDSM and porn where women like to have rape fantasies,’ the man then said.
The cop responded: ‘Well apparently this woman doesn’t.’
‘Well, who knows? Most women do like having rape fantasies,’ the man insisted. ‘I just want to get his name on file, just in case he does do anything to me… She’s being controlled by him… I think she should go do porn.’
The video was filmed at the Lenoir City Municipal Building – just five minutes away from the local Cracker Barrel where the alleged stalking incident occurred
Yerkes then told police he contacted them because he wanted to report that the woman’s father had called him from an unidentified number and ‘threatened’ him to stay away from his daughter
He then left the building and proceeded to record the video in his carÂ
The man then left the building and continued to record while talking to the camera.Â
‘Do you know what happens when women don’t ever come to terms with themselves – bad sh** happens,’ he said.
He then rambled about how the woman was tied up in the ‘LGBT’ community.
‘The cops want to deny me trying to get her to be straight,’ he said. ‘I don’t see why these traditional a***** think they could speak s*** whenever it is this belligerent woke LBGT sh** that has her.’
The investigation is ongoing with the Lenoir City Police Department and Loudon County Sheriff’s Office.
