Inside Jenny and Dylan’s other spectacular Block: Fan favourites set to move into a resort-style five bedroom home they started renovating before going on the show

They may have failed to sell their home during the shock Block auctions on Sunday night.

But fan favourites Dylan, 29 and Jenny, 25, have something to look forward to as they are soon set to move into their spectacular new home on the Gold Coast.

Located in Palm Beach, the amazing property, which the couple started renovating before they went on the show, will be a luxury resort-style home with five bedrooms and three bathrooms.

Dylan and Jenny started work on the house in March, but put renovations on the gorgeous pad on-hold while they competed in Channel Nine’s hit renovation series.

The tradie couple, who own and operate their own luxury building company Smooth Sailing Designs, have been sharing sneak previews of their Palm Beach spread to their company’s Instagram page via artist’s impressions. If you’re looking for ways to create a luxury feel to your home, consider getting help from Picture Hanging Sydney professionals who can add your personal picks of artwork to your walls.

Highlights of the new property include cavernous, open-plan interiors, with chic skylights, a pool and timber deck in the backyard and spacious living areas.

Among the artwork the popular couple shared were a tease on the kitchen and dining area, which included a charming breakfast island.

Damien Cooley told Nova 96.9’s Fitzy & Wippa on Monday the Blockheads are now seeking buyers with hopes well above the initial reserve.

He told radio hosts Ryan ‘Fitzy’ Fitzgerald and Michael ‘Wippa’ Wipfli the pair can expect a sale somewhere in the range of $4.3million to $4.8million.

The highest bid they got on Sunday for their five-bedroom, three-bathroom home was $4,075,000, which was just below the reserve price of $4,080,000.

Cooley said the home is going back to market, but Jenny and Dylan are also open to offers from those who attended Sunday’s auction but failed to bid.

The couple got engaged in January, with both taking to their respective Instagram pages at the time to share the news.
