Football fans have scoffed at the price of a burger and chips at Wembley Stadium – with supporters having to fork out a whopping £15 for the food.
The pricey pre-match snack comes as Brits feel the pinch amid the cost-of-living crisis.
A picture was posted to the Footy Scran Instagram page, which shares photos and prices of fan food at matches across the country, and followers did not hold back in blasting the costly burger in the comments.
Fans branded the burger’s price a ‘rip off’, a ‘disgrace’, ‘shocking’ and ‘tragic’.

The burger was also described as sub-par by some, with one West Ham supporter fuming: ‘If it was half the price and the onions were cooked then it’s a good deal.
‘This is shocking.’
Another said: ’15 pound for that is tragic’.
Others said it would have cost just a 10 per cent of the price to buy the ingredients.
Some claimed the onions looked undercooked and questioned how warm it was as the cheese wasn’t melted.
Iain Campbell commented: ‘What a f*****g rip-off.’
Joseph Hunter said: ‘Disgrace.’

Jake Lamb said he would rather have a ‘proper burger van burger, £3 outside B&Q.’
Caleb Finnegan joked: ‘Want some burger with your raw onion?’
Pete Harding said: ‘Raw onions, obviously not a hot pattie looking at the cheese, and rip off price.’
Another claimed: ‘The cost price of that is no more than £1.50.’
