A bride-to-be has shared the moment her fiancƩ got down on one knee in the middle of a pokies room to ask her to marry him.
Taryn Edgar was blindfolded as she sat at a poker machine believed to be at the Dural Country Club in Sydney‘s northwest when her boyfriendĀ Ethan Raymen suddenly pulled out a ring.
Mr Raymen also treated his future wife to a long island iced teaĀ and $40 pre-loaded into the gaming machine, as the pair shared a kiss and a cuddle after Ms Edgar said ‘yes’.

The fiancĆ©e wrote she was ecstatic her partner had proposed to her, especially in her ‘happy place’, captioning the video ‘my dreams came true’, and ‘I’m now engaged to my best friend and soulmate’.Ā Ā
The video has had more than 63,000 views on TikTok and while the couple may have hit the jackpot, many weren’t sold on the location of the proposal.
‘Congratulations! But seriously at the pokies of all places!’ one wrote.
