A tiny studio flat which costs nearly £1,000-a-month to rent is so small the shower is in a wardrobe.

The 108 square foot flat in Barons Court has no toilet and the shower – with only a flimsy curtain – is in an alcove which forms part of a cupboard. 

Despite its size, tenants would spend £940 per month which works out as £217 per week to live in the flat that has a kitchen with no cooking hub or oven. 

There is a microwave and a table with a solo chair squeezed in by the side of the bed where the occupant can cook meals-for-one.

The price of the studio flat, near Kensington, west London is on the market with Foxtons, advertised on Rightmove, also recently had its price reduced to attract more renters.   

The property listing makes no mention of the washing area but it is visible in photos and the floorplan.

It says the key features of the small flat in Castletown Road are its ‘well arranged studio’, with an ‘open plan kitchen with built in storage.’

Foxtons also highlights the ‘fitted wardrobes’, ‘secure building with code access’ and ‘great location close to local amenities’ and ‘available with zero deposit.’
