Announcing her news to Instagram last week, Jackie posted a touching goodbye note to The Masked Singer team, telling followers that the quirky show was ‘the most fun I’ve ever had on TV.’

Jackie, who has been with The Masked Singer since its debut in 2019, said that her co-stars, Danni, Urzila, Dave and host Osher Gunsberg are now her ‘lifelong friends.’

The Kyle and Jackie O radio host said making the decision to leave the show was ‘incredibly tough.’

The star explained that she wanted to spend the holidays with her daughter, Catalina ‘Kitty’ Henderson, 11.

‘I’ve decided to step away this year. Filming always coincides with school holidays,’ she said.

‘And after three years of missing out, I’ve decided to spend my mid-year radio break holidaying with my daughter whilst she’s still happy to hang out with her mum.’
